Are these real flowers? 

Yes!All items are made from real flowers, leaves and botanicals. Size, shape and color of each flower may vary slightly, making every item that leaves our shop a unique one. 

Will my earrings stay the same over time?

Please remember that everything from Mother Nature has its own life cycle and will naturally evolve over time. While we use a UV protectant and lightly tint the resin in some designs to help preserve their color, subtle changes are a natural part of the aging process and only add to their unique charm.

Why doesn’t my item look exactly like the picture?

I use only real flowers, leaves, and botanicals in my creations. While I carefully select blooms that closely match the description, nature’s beauty is naturally unique! Your piece will be as close to the picture as possible, but slight variations in shape and size make each one truly one of a kind.

I’ve received my order, but it’s not quite what I expected.

If your order isn’t quite what you dreamed of, let’s find a way to make it right! Returns and exchanges are welcome within 14 days of purchase, though shipping costs are not covered by Sweet Dandelion unless your item arrived with a little too much adventure along the way. By placing an order, you’re agreeing to these terms in full. Thank you for supporting handmade, garden treasures!

Do you ship internationally?

For international orders, return shipping is not covered by Sweet Dandelion. Standard First Class Package International shipping takes 12-18 days and may wander without tracking outside the U.S., but for a swifter journey, 2-3 day express DHL shipping is available, complete with full tracking and insurance. Please note that import fees may apply in most countries and are not included in the checkout price.

Oh my! Where's my package?

While the journey from my hands to yours is usually smooth, sometimes unexpected adventures happen along the way. Rest assured, I’ll do everything within my power to help.
Every order is insured, and a claim can be filed if there’s been no movement toward delivery for 30 days (40 days for international orders). Replacements for lost or stolen packages are considered on a case-by-case basis, though Sweet Dandelion cannot be responsible for lost, stolen, or delayed orders. More often than not, these missing parcels find their way home in time.

Wrong shipping address: 

Like a seed planted in the wrong soil, a package sent to an incorrect address may not find its way home. If an order has already shipped, Sweet Dandelion cannot be held responsible for replacing it. It’s the customer’s responsibility to provide the correct shipping and billing details at checkout. If you notice a mistake, please email us as soon as possible, and we’ll do our best to help before your parcel sets off on its journey.
